近期，欧盟委员会称已结束反补贴调查，决定对从中国进口的电动汽车征收从17.0%到5.3%不等的为期五年的最终反补贴税。复旦大学欧洲问题研究中心主任丁纯做客“东西问·中外对话”，从德中贸易交往和德国经济结构两方面解释德国在贸易限制方面对华表现出的谨慎态度，并进一步表示，“任何‘贸易战’都是不可承受之重。”(魏晨曦)
"Any 'trade war' is too heavy to bear," said Ding Chun, Director of Centre for European Studies in Fudan University, in the W.E. Talk with China News Network. Recently, the European Commission said it had concluded its anti-subsidy investigation and decided to impose countervailing duties ranging from 17.0% to 5.3% for five years on electric vehicles imported from China. In this context, Ding fully interpreted Germany's cautious approach to China in terms of the trade restrictions from the perspective of German-Chinese trade exchanges and the German economic structure.
